Keys and Commandments

“So, I William Saunders Crowdy, was shown by the Seven Keys, the work of our God pertaining to our salvation…which if the one who reads it and will do it, will surely reach eternal life without fail, for Jesus’ words are as true as the Rock of Ages”

The Seven Keys and the Ten Commandments, which the prophet received by revelation and Spirit of Prophecy is the principal guideline pertaining to our salvation. We believe that if one does the Seven Keys, which includes the Ten Commandments, surely he will enter in through the gates into the city (Revelation 22:14).

Throughout biblical history, the number seven has been so dominant, not only as an ordinary number but one that denotes completeness. Godseventh day, which means he was satisfied with what he had done on this day. (Genesis 2:1-3). When God wanted Namaan to be cleansed of his leprosy, he had to wash himself seven times in the Jordan River. As he immersed himself for the seventh time, the exercise of cleansing him was completed and his health was restored to him (2 Kings 5). The destruction of the walls of Jericho took place seven days, with seven priests bowing seven trumpets and also going around the city seven times on the last day. Thus we can count ourselves victorious over sin if we abide in these seven keys.

After receiving a vision of the Church and the Seven keys, Prophet Crowdy headed home where at night time, God made him inscribe on a tablet the seven keys which he had been shown in a vision.

The following analysis are aimed at giving a condensed overview of the Seven Keys, the references given are just a tip of an iceberg, and those who will read are encouraged to Search the Scriptures.

First Key: Church of God and Saints of Christ (1 Corinthians 1:1-2)

This key unravels the truth that God has His own Church in the earth. Whilst many people have established their churches under their own designed names, God is still the same God, who wants His people to be called by His name as He said in II Chronicles 7:14 ‘If my people who are called by my name’. His people should be called by His name, not any other name. From Genesis to Revelations, there is no other name given for the Church other than the Church of God and those that worship therein are called to be Saints of Christ, hence the name (1 Corinthians 1:1-2). All these other names are counterfeit religious names designed to abase or belittle what God has already done for His Church.

God didn’t leave it open that anyone can pick and choose any name he wishes, God is so organized that he gave His Church a name. These other names we see today are names of the beast, blasphemous names blaspheming on what God has already done (Revelations 13:1,8, Revelation 17:8). While most people are comfortable that a name does not matter, God is going to cast into hell all those who have received the name of the beast. John, the Revelator saw only those people who had received the name of God, which includes receiving the name of His ChurchGod (Revelation 14:1). The rest who had received the blasphemous names of the beast in Revelation 13 standing on Mount Zion with the Lamb of will be destroyed when the Lord shall appear.

Whilst most people are coming up with their own names, the word of the Lord still prevails which he said in (Mark 11:9-10), “ Hosanna; blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord” There is a blessing only to those who have come in the name of the Lord. Those who come in their own names and establish another foundation other than the one, which God has already laid, are not promised any blessing but the opposite is undoubtedly true, a curse is waiting for them. Jesus said, he came in His Father’s name but the world received him not, why, because they have no love for God. He goes on to say if another shall come in his own name, him will ye receive, (John 5:43). The Church of God and Saints of Christ is the same Church that Saul before he was converted, persecuted beyond measure, (Galatians 1:13)

Second Key: Wine is forbidden to be drunk in the Church of God forever: (Leviticus 10:9-10).

When we study the account of the Passover, it was followed by seven days of unleavened bread. No leaven was to be found in the house, “Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.” (Exodus 12:15). Jesus Christ kept the Passover and the rule of the Passover doesn’t allow leaven to be in the house, let alone in the Church. Wine is a fermented juice, meaning it has leaven and it is not allowed in the service during the days of unleavened bread and there is no way Jesus could have used wine as his blood. The scripture in (Matthew 26:26-28) needs to be understood, never at any time had wine been representative of blood, not even of the blood of Jesus Christ.

In Numbers 6, the scripture tells us of sanctification through a Nazarite vow. A Nazarite was a person who made a solemn vow to separate him/herself unto the Lord and during that time, he was told to abstain from wine and strong drink, was not allowed to drink vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, nor liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried (Numbers 6:1-4). It is important to know that back then people could dedicate some time to God but during that time of an intimate encounter with the Lord, he had to part ways with anything from the grape tree, meaning when you have chosen to follow the Lord, you should also separate yourself from all these. A Nazarite would be equivalent to a modern day Christian, there were some full time Nazarites like Samson and John the Baptist. Full time Nazarites had a total abstinence from all the above mentioned all the days of their lives. Now we are full time Christians who have chosen the Lord all the days of our lives, we are to separate ourselves from all of those things mentioned in (Numbers 6:1-4) all the days of our lives.

Great men of God like Samson and John the Baptist were forbidden to drink wine even whilst in their mothers’ wombs. (Judges 13 and Luke 1:15), John was to be “great in the sight of the Lord, and shall not drink winestrong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost.” The Holy Ghost doesn’t associate with wine.

Third Key: Unleavened bread and water for Christ’s body and bloodMatthew 26:26-28).

Almost every Christian believes that we have to eat of the Lord’s body and drink of his blood. The amazing difference is that different things are used to represent this blood. The purpose of this key is to unearth the real representative of Christblood. We all know that our forefathers when they left Egypt they all ate the same spiritual bread and they all drank the same spiritual drink, for they drank from the same spiritual Rock and that Rock was Christ (1 Corinthians 10:1-4).

God is not a confused God; he cannot call any drink spiritual. There is only one spiritual drink, which the children of Israel drank. When we partake of the Lord’s Supper, we are eating and drinking from that Spiritual Rock which is Christ Jesus. Let us go back to the incident which Paul is talking about: (Numbers 20:7-8) clearly shows that they drank water from Christ. This is the spiritual drink. Water is spiritualSpirit of God moved upon the face of the waters (Genesis 1:2).

Jesus Christ is pure and the unleavened bread and water show this purity. He didn’t see corruption, (Psalms 16:10). Incorruptible things, unleavened bread and water represent him. There is no way that the Lord would use wine, which is a symbol of corruption to represent His atoning blood, He who saw no corruption. Wine, because it is fermented is a symbol of corruption.

Some people argue that Jesus used to drink wine. As we all have read, Jesus is our High Priest, (Hebrews 4:14) who makes intercession for our sins. The priests are forbidden to drink neither wine nor strong drinkLeviticus 10:9-10). Jesus could not break this rule, He said, “If you keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and I abide in His love” (John 15:10). Jesus kept His father’s commandments and this commandment, which forbids priests to drink wine, is from His Father (Leviticus 10:8). throughout all their generations.

All those who have accepted Jesus have become part of the Royal Priesthood; therefore they should not drink wine. “But you are a chosen generation, a Royal Priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9).

Jesus promised eternal life to those who eat his flesh and drink his blood, (John 6:54), “Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day”. The Lord Jesus Christ, speaking to the woman at Jacob’s well said, “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up to everlasting life” (John 4:14). There is eternal life promised in drinking water as followers of Christ, (Mark 9:41) reinforces this, “ For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because you belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.”

The only time people could be given water because they belong to Christ water, instead they give them wine. Jesus Christ didn’t say wine; He said water. There is death promised in drinking wine, (Proverbs 31:4-7). This refers to people who have no hope in getting eternal life, one may choose to drink it but the scripture puts it clearly that there is no everlasting life for such people. is in a church service. Nearly all  churches do not give their congregations.

Fourth Key: Footwashing is a commandment (St John 13:1-17).

Some may say, it is not a commandment but Jesus said “For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, He gave me a commandment, what I should say, what I should speak. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak” (John 12:49-50).

Footwashing, which is the last step of baptism (John 13:10) is an ordinance that Jesus performed in the presence of all his disciples and left it on record that we should read and do as he did. There are some who say it doesn’t really matter; ‘I have accepted Jesus as my personal Saviour so footwashing cannot stop me from entering God’s Kingdom.’ Jesus said to Peter, the same apostle whom Jesus had already given the keys of heaven, whatever he binds in earth shall be bound in heaven. But the moment he tried to stand in the way of God’s commandment, Jesus said to him, ‘…thou hast no part with me.’ Therefore, if we don’t get our feet washed, we have no part with Jesus.

If we have been baptized but not feet-washed, one thing is lacking, that is footwashing, “He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet….” (John 13:10). Footwashing can make us have eternal life if we uphold it, and it can also bring death to us if we disregard it. Even though Jesus washed the disciples’ feet, we still find people today speaking against footwashing, we still find some ministers who do not tell their congregations that they have to get their feet-washed in order to have part with Christ. ‘And why call ye me Lord, Lord and do not the things which I say?’ (Luke 6:46). He said ‘footwashing’ but we still find people who say Lord, Lord and ignore footwashing.

Footwashing has been a practice among saints when they visit each other and the same is still expected to be done. Jesus Christ in the house of Simon demanded it and he accused him of not washing his feet, (Luke 7:44). Those people that choose not to hear the words of Christ and do them are not his, Christ says, “My sheep hear my voice and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27). On one occasion he Jesus said, “He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God” (John 8:47). To obey God’s commandments is better than sacrifice, to magnify his law is a manifestation that we are of God.

The Devil has exchanged the truth of God with a lie and he has made so many people feel comfortable that they are not doing anything wrong by rejecting footwashing. The devil lied to Adam and Eve that “you shall not die” but as God said, people are dying as a result of disobeying the law of God and listening to another voice. Rejecting footwashing is obeying another voice, not of God but the Devil and the end result is death. The first people lost some privileges from God, (Genesis 3:16-24) and we can also lose the Kingdom of God if we disobey His voice. After washing the disciples’ feet Jesus gave instructions of what His followers have to do.

“ So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you? Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. If I then, your Lordwashed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his Lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them” (John 13:12-17).

Fifth Key: The Disciples Prayer (Matthew 6:9-14).

From (Luke 11:1), we find out that prayer needs to be taught. John the Baptist taught his disciples how to pray. There was an outstanding feature about John’s disciples, that even Jesus’ disciple saw that their way of praying when they were together was organized and he could tell that this kind of praying is something that needs to be taught.

Jesus didn’t say to him, ‘ pray in whatever manner you please’, he didn’t tell him to close his eyes and repeat the rosary, he said ‘and when thou prayest, thou shall not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the street, that they may be seen…”. He goes on to say, ‘enter into thy closet’ and ‘shut thy door’. There are some who teach that when you think of having a prayer, go to the mountains or to the hills and pray, we wonder what they do about ‘entering into thy closet’ and ‘shutting thy door’.

It is clear that most of Jesus’ prayers he went for example into Mount Olives but when he taught us how to pray he told us where to go. PrayerGod. should be a secret communication between one and

Nowhere in the scriptures do we find an instruction that when we pray we should close our eyes. Neither Jesus, nor his disciples taught this kind of praying. Each time Jesus was praying, he would lift up his eyes to heaven (John 17:1) His eyes were always open during prayer time. We glorify God, thank him and grant petitions to God through prayer. Is it being respectful for any child to go before his/her parents, his/her eyes closed and start to ask for something or thank them for what they may have done for him/her? No.

When we pray we are having a total surrender to God, if we are asking for forgiveness, we will be acknowledging that we are sinners, we need forgiveness, to demonstrate this surrender, we raise our hands towards heaven as Paul taught us in (1 Timothy 2:8). The prayer in (Matthew 6) is all-sufficient, if we cease to recite it as a poem and concentrate with all our minds to the words in that prayer, it is going to help us for those words proceeded out of the mouth of the Lord (Matthew 4:4).

The prayer in (Matthew 6:9-13) is the main prayer we use, otherwise the prayer will not be recognized, except on special occasions. At such times, the Minister or Pastor may pray a prayer suitable for the occasion.

Sixth Key: You must be breathed upon with prayer and then received into the Church of God with a Holy Kiss (John 20:22, Romans 16:16)

‘Salute one another with an Holy Kiss. The Churches of Christ saluteSALUTE.’ He said all Churches of Christ greet you. One cannot claim to be of Christ if he doesn’t believe in this. In a letter to the Thessalonians, the apostle Paul repeated the same words, ‘Greet all brethren with an holy kiss” This sets apart which people are of Christ and which people are not, all these other churches, which claim to be of God or Christ but do not practice this are clearly not God’s you.’

This practice had been very common during the time of Jesus and his disciples; it was not by surprise that Judas kissed Christ, unfortunately with the intention to betray him. Judas used this exercise which they did all the time when they meet to betray him.

The Holy Kiss is an act of brotherly love between saints and is not restricted between male saints only and/or female saints only. Throughout the bible we find that the Holy Kiss was exchanged between men and men, men and women also. When Jacob met Rachael, he saluted her with a kiss, (Genesis 29:11).

There was nothing unusual about it. Samuel when he ordained Saul to be king over Israel he kissed him, (Samuel 10:1). Jesus accused Simon the Pharisee for not greeting him with a kiss and he praised the woman for doing so ever since he entered into Simon’s house, ‘Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet’ (Luke 7:45).

The second part of this key talks of being breathed upon. Jesus did it to the disciples although he had promised them that the Comforter shall come and they had to wait for him in Jerusalem. He breathed upon them and said, “Receive ye the Holy Ghost” (John 20:22).

Seventh Key: The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:3-17)

The Ten Commandments have been viewed in quite different views by most Christians. Some think the Ten Commandments ended with Christ therefore when he died on the cross, the Ten CommandmentsTen CommandmentsGod’s truth is one, what does God say about all this differing thoughts about His Commandments? First of all it is important to know that the Ten Commandments is the only part of the scripture written with the finger of God (Exodus 32:16, Deuteronomy 4:12-13, Exodus 24:12). were also nailed together with him. Some think the were given to the Children of Israel and the Christians are not under obligation to keep them.

Jesus said “Think not hat I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets, I’m not come to destroy but to fulfill….” (Matthew 5:17-19). There were some present at that time who had the same understanding as some people of today that Christ came to destroy the handiwork of God. God left his lofty habitation, descended on Mount Sinai with his infallible, immutable Decalogue. The Ten Commandments are still as valid in this day as they were when God gave them to Moses. We cannot have a right to the tree of life unless we keep the Ten Commandments (Revelation 22:14).

We will take this opportunity to explain the difference between the ceremonial laws which were a shadow of things to come and pointed unto Christ and the moral law which Christ said not even o jot or a tittle of the law will be removed till heavens and earth pass (Matthew 5:17-19). Prophet Daniel prophesied that the Messiah the prince shall come and abolish the Ceremonial Laws, “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate” (Daniel 9:27). The death of Christceremonial laws.

The Ten Commandments: Exodus 20: 1-17

And God spake all these words, saying, I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

First Commandment: Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Second Commandment: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Third Commandment: Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Fourth Commandment: Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Fifth Commandment: Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Sixth Commandment: Thou shalt not kill.

Seventh Commandment: Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Eighth Commandment: Thou shalt not steal.

Ninth Commandment: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Tenth Commandment: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

The Ceremonial Law and the Moral Law

The Law of Moses or the Ceremonial Law that was abolished by Christ was written in a book called the Book of the Law of Moses, (Joshua 8:31), and pertained to meat, (1 Timothy 4:3), and drink, (Romans 14:1; ICorinthians 8), and divers washing and offering of sacrifices set forth in the book of Leviticus with the exception of some references like this: (Leviticus 23:38) and so forth. This Law was abolished, (Hebrews 9-10Colossians 2:14, 22. Ephesians 2:15, Hosea 2:11). The false shepherds put no defence between these Laws, (Leviticus 10:10). chapters,

Paul rightly said, ‘Also of your own selves shall men arise speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them” (Acts 20:30). There are some who still claim to be the Church of God and Saints of Christ, also claiming to be the Shepherds of the Church of God, who are now preaching perverse, taking us back to that which Jesus Christ abolished, the Ceremonial Law. The Church of God and Saints of ChristCeremonial Laws were abolished by Christ. If any claiming to be from the Church of God and Saints of Christ but still teaches people to keep the Ceremonial Laws of Moses, he is the one who is just, “Having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof: from such turn away” (2 Timothy 3:5). teaches that the

The Moral Law was written on two tablets of stone by God himself and was magnified and made honourable by Christ fulfilling and keeping them and we are to follow Him. (Exodus 31:18, Exodus 34:1, Exodus 20:4_17, Matthew 5:17-19, Matthew 22:36-40, Luke 16:17, Romans 3:31, Romans 4:15, Romans 7:7-14, 1 Timothy 1:9)

Christ taught by example or by precept. He taught the first two commandments, (Matthew 14:10), the third (John 5:43, John 17:11-12 Church of God Acts 20:28, I Corinthians 1:1-2). Any other name is breaking the third commandments. The fourth, (Mark 2:28), by custom, which should be our custom if we will follow Him, (Luke 4:16), by precept, (Matthew 24:20). The last six (Matthew 19:18-19, Revelations 14:12, Revelations 22:14, Ecclesiastes 12:12). The Sabbath was made for man, that means all men to keep, (Mark 2:27). The Lord is Lord or ruler of the Sabbath, not Sunday. Ceremonial Laws.

Some of the Ceremonial Laws/Laws of Judaism which were abolished by Jesus Christ

“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to the cross” (Colossians 2:14)

(1) Priesthood – (Numbers 8:23-26) “And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, This is it that belongeth unto the Levites; from twenty and five years old and upward they shall go in to wait upon the service of the tabernacle of the congregation: And from age of fifty years they shall cease waiting upon the service thereof, and serve no more: But shall minister with their brethren in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge, and shall do no service. That shalt thou do unto the Levites touching their charge.” There is an age restriction on ordaining a Levite or the High Priest. If one is below 25 years of age or above 50 years of age, he could not qualify to be a Levite or High Priest. Those who still cling to this law are found wanting because most ‘High Priests’ we see in this day are either younger than 25 or older than 50. This is not what the law says. There is more to the Levitical Priesthood than meets the eye.

(2) Fruit Requirement – According to (Leviticus 19:23-25), the children of Israel were not allowed to eat the fruits from the first harvest to the fourth of the same tree until the fifth year. It is very surprising that the current Jews buy fruits from the market without inquiring which year that particular fruit is in. One who adheres to Judaism is not supposed to just eat any fruit. If one does, then he/she is just paying a lip service to this law but denying it in deeds

(3) Treatment of the disabled – (Leviticus 21:16-24). No disabled person was allowed to enter into the house of God, a blind man, a lame man, (those on wheelchairs) or a person with a flat nose, those who have crippled feet or hands or dwarfs, people with defected or poor eyesight, those with eczema or scabs or crushed testicles. The same people who are claiming to keep these laws are inviting everyone to come to their church services and annual festivals. The phrase, “All Are Welcome” does not apply under Judaism, there is a very big list of people who are not allowed in the congregation of the Lord. . This is not consistent with Judaism. Jesus Christ when came invited everyone to God, he said, “Come unto me, ALL ye that labour and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

(4) Treatment of disobedient children – (Deuteronomy 21:18-21) “If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; and they shall say unto the elders of the city, this our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. And all the men of the city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shall thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.” (Leviticus 21:9) “ If a priest’s daughter defiles herself by becoming a prostitute, she disgraces her father; she must be burned in the fire.” “ I have heard some parents who claim they keep the ceremonial laws say to their children, ‘You are very stubborn’ and but doing nothing about it. A stubborn child under the ceremonial laws should be stoned to death; a prostitute should be burned in fire. It is not keeping the ceremonial laws if one does not treat his disobedient children according to this law. Also read (Deuteronomy 22:13-21)

(5) Treatment of children born out of wedlock – (Deuteronomy 22:2-3). A child born out of wedlock was not allowed to enter into the congregation of the people of God. Most churches are filled with single parents and their children born out of the wedlock and nothing is done about it especially by the Ceremonial Law keepers. New members are received into these congregations but no one seems to care whether these people were born out of the wedlock or not. This clearly shows that the law is outdated.

(6) Law of unbelievers – (Deuteronomy 13:6-10) “If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thy soul, entice thee secretly, saying, let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; thou shall not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thy eye pity him, neither shall thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him; but thou shall surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sort to thrust thee away from the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage” This means there is no association between the ceremonial law keeper and his relatives if they do not believe the same thing as he/she does.

(7) Law of Revenge – (Leviticus 24: 17-20) “He that killeth any man shall surely be put to death. And he that killeth a beast shall make it good; beast for beast. And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him; breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again” According to this chapter if you have been wronged, you have to revenge without referring to any authority. By not following the above ordinance, that is not keeping the ceremonial laws.

(8) Law of dressing – (Numbers 15:37-40) “And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make fringes (tassels) in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe (tassel) of the borders a ribband (cord) of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them; and that ye seek not your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go to awhoring {to follow and play harlot}: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God. I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; I am the Lord your God.” Also read (Deuteronomy 22:11-22); No one dresses like this now because that laws is no more! One who wants to keep the 613 laws does not dress anyhow, there is a special way of everyday dressing which one is expected to do if he keeps the Ceremonial Laws.

(9) Law of animal offering – This law has quite a lot of requirements , please read through (Numbers 28:1-15) We wonder whether this type of offering is being performed, how many can afford this type of offering? This Law is looking at roughly not less than 12 lambs not including bullocks, rams and goats. If one looks seriously at this, he/she will find that no ordinary man can afford this, which means all the poor people are deprived. All this was done away with by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. If one wants to be a real Jew according to the ancient ceremonial Laws he/she must be doing these offerings, if not he is not a real Jew. The bible tells us that there are some people who say they are Jews but are not. If one is a Jew according the Ceremonial Law and does not do as above then the identity of Judaism is thrown off balance and out of reach.
