Holy Convocation

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered” (Romans 8:26).

We thank the Lord for preserving us to see another Holy Convocation.

The Holy Convocation starts from 3rd-10th Tebeth (commonly called January).

We trust that our prayers, meditations, supplications will be acceptable to God (Psalms 19:14).  Here are few things to keep in mind during the  Holy Convocation regarding prayer: http://www.cogsoc.org/category/spiritual-growth/

Just like the prayer in St. Matthew 6:9-14 a wholesome prayer comprises of A.C.T.S meaning:

A: Adoration-worship.

C: Confession-admit our sins to God.

T: Thanksgiving-thanking God in all things.

S: Supplications-ask God for the things we need.

“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints” (Ephesians 6:18).

I feel so positive about life after this Holy Convocation; it was out of this world; the sermons, the singing; we really were fed good; sumptious spiritual food to nourish our souls thank God for the messengers He has placed in our midst.
